Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer, with a strong emphasis on native mobile app design for iOS and Android. A portfolio showcasing intuitive, user-centered mobile experiences is required. Proficiency in Figma, including advanced design systems, prototyping, and collaboration features, is essential. Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms, understanding platform-specific guidelines and cross-platform consistency, is necessary. Proven ability to design complex, scalable, accessible, and user-friendly transactional mobile interfaces is required. Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions is also needed.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will design best-in-class native mobile experiences for iOS and Android that simplify member engagement with health plans. They will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, and Research teams to bring user-centered ideas to life and contribute to design efforts across multiple mobile teams, balancing business goals with user experiences. Responsibilities include applying and upholding mobile design standards, creating concepts, wireframes, and prototypes, and contributing to the evolution of the enterprise design system. The designer will stay informed about product goals, user needs, design trends, and research insights to inform their work.
