They should have end-to-end experience designing consumer-facing experiences for web and native apps, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance. Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail are also required, along with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
The Senior Product Designer will help define the experience strategy for the product, collaborate with other designers to drive consensus across teams, leverage data to inform design decisions, facilitate design workshops, create high-fidelity designs and prototypes, contribute to the Heart design system, and collaborate with the product team to translate ideas into valuable product features.
