Requirements

5+ years of experience in product design, with a track record of shipping impactful work
Experience designing SaaS based products
Strong visual sensibility (typography, hierarchy, layout) paired with thoughtful UX design (flows, IA, cross-platform)
Ability to advocate for design principles and clearly explain rationale, ensuring cohesion and consistency across the product experience
Knowledge of owning the design process end-to-end, from research and framing through to prototyping and iteration resulting in polished, production-ready design
Belief that great design comes from rigour (research, analysis, iteration), not shortcuts
Ability to adapt tools and methods to fit the stage of the project, share best practices with peers, and experiment with new approaches
User-centered mindset, making decisions rooted in customer needs while balancing business goals
Comfort with complex systems and ability to simplify them into intuitive and trustworthy experiences
Use of both generative and evaluative research

Responsibilities

Own design end-to-end: from discovery and problem framing through prototyping to polished, production-ready designs that ship and deliver impact
Raise the craft bar: Create elegant, intuitive, and aesthetically refined interfaces that make banking delightful
Communicate design rationale through storytelling and artifacts that inspire clarity and alignment across product and engineering; frame UX strategy through storytelling
Be a design leader: Give and solicit feedback in critique, mentor peers, and contribute to a culture of detail-obsession, openness, and continuous improvement
