Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience in end-to-end product design for software platforms, ideally in the SaaS/B2B space. A strong portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end design process is required, along with good experience working with design systems. Candidates must have experience collaborating with other product designers, PMs, engineers, and cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills to articulate design work and rationale, backed by quantitative and qualitative user research data, are essential. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work through ambiguity and autonomously complete tasks from start to finish.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Designer at Paddle, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to build out the Paddle platform and create tools that help software businesses grow. You will partner with product managers to define and evolve product roadmaps, conduct user interviews and testing, design and prototype intuitive user interfaces, and build features that simplify complex tasks and workflows. You will collaborate with designers across the organization and use data and insights to continuously improve design processes, principles, and tooling. Additionally, you will own the customer-facing experience across a complex platform and a checkout product used by millions.
