SQL experience with large data sets (ClickHouse)
Understanding of statistics, time series analysis, and forecasting techniques
Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Looker, Redash, Mode, or Tableau (Redash)
Experience with ETL-related tools such as DBT or Airflow

Responsibilities

Build and maintain systematic reporting and dashboards to foster self-service data culture
Conduct deep dives to understand feature/component performance and user behavior
Evaluate A/B tests and extract actionable insights
Partner with product, engineering, research, and design to translate insights to guide product development
Understand and explain trends across business, product, and member base
Lead experimentation by providing mentorship on execution, defining success metrics and data requirements, evaluating impact, and providing strategic direction
Support the business with ad-hoc analyses for internal and external decisions
Be product and user obsessed
