Requirements

Candidates should have 8-10 years of experience in business operations, finance, or procurement, with at least 4 years specifically in procurement-related activities. Proven experience in vendor management, negotiation strategies, and securing favorable pricing with major SaaS vendors is required. Experience building and maturing a procurement operations function, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in G-suite and/or MS Office are essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and certifications like CPSM/CIPS are a differentiator. Experience with SaaS procurement, managing SaaS license renewals, and skills in RPA/automation are also required. Candidates must be located in and authorized to work in India, and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

The Senior Procurement Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of sourcing and vendor management processes, establishing and tracking KPIs, and creating a roadmap for world-class procurement operations. This role involves building strategic sourcing discipline, negotiating cost-effective contracts with key suppliers, and supporting business partners in procurement evaluations. Responsibilities include evaluating sourcing procedures for improvements, establishing processes for timely SaaS renewals, analyzing procurement costs to develop reduction strategies, and evaluating contract terms with Legal to mitigate risk. The manager will also oversee SLAs between business partners, Finance, Legal, and Security for vendor and contract reviews, develop processes for vendor management including security reviews, and maintain strategic sourcing relationships.
