Requirements

Expertise in architecting and evolving mission-critical logistics platforms, including robust, scalable microservice architectures for warehouse and transportation operations
Experience designing technical vision for software used internally and by third-party providers, with focus on cost reduction, delivery speed improvement, and strategic integrations
Proficiency in integrating automation, robotics, and AI-driven tools into in-house systems to enhance fulfilment center efficiency
Ability to develop and own migration strategies for warehouse systems, including criteria for migration readiness, technical health evaluation, and scalability assessment
Strong technical leadership and mentorship skills across the logistics domain, with capability to deep dive into complex challenges and raise organizational technical standards
Experience managing and executing multiple high-impact technical initiatives from concept through design, implementation, and delivery
Proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration with principal engineers, product managers, and operational stakeholders
