The Senior Principal Platform Architect will provide architectural guidance and technical governance for assigned contracts, particularly on strategic accounts. They will build relationships with customer leaders to align ServiceNow solutions with business strategy, and collaborate with internal teams to bridge the gap between sales, solutioning, and execution. Responsibilities include contributing to leading practices and thought leadership, influencing the ServiceNow product roadmap, and guiding customers, partners, and internal teams in developing successful solutions. The architect will translate business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, manage technical governance and delivery operating models, ensure instance health by reducing technical debt, and support sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements. They will also support the professional development of others.
