They will provide thought leadership, best practices, and expert guidance to ensure customers achieve long-term value from the ServiceNow platform, aligning business objectives with technology solutions. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with customer leaders, collaborating with Go-To-Market and Delivery teams, contributing to product strategy, and managing technical governance to ensure instance health and reduce technical debt.
