Requirements

7+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solution Architecture roles
Strong, hands-on expertise in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its ecosystem — particularly for Data, AI/ML, and App Modernization
Proven experience designing or supporting Data Engineering, Analytics, or Generative AI initiatives
Demonstrated ability to develop technical proposals, architecture diagrams, LOEs, and SOWs for complex engagements
Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills — able to engage both technical and business audiences
Collaborative mindset with experience working across Sales, Delivery, and Product teams in global setups
Strong problem-solving skills — able to break down complex requirements into actionable and scalable solutions
Familiarity with programming languages (Java/Python) and frontend frameworks (Angular/React.js)
Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps concepts
Self-starter attitude — curious, adaptable, and comfortable balancing detail with big-picture thinking
Nice to Have: Exposure to Multi-cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
Nice to Have: Experience working with US-based clients or distributed teams
Nice to Have: GCP Certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead client discovery sessions to understand goals and constraints; design tailored, cloud-native solutions aligned with business needs
Deliver engaging demos, workshops, and walkthroughs showcasing the impact of GCP-powered solutions in Data, AI/ML, and Agentic domains
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to create proposals, LOEs, and SOWs — including solution architectures, timelines, and commercial models
Advise clients on best practices, integration strategies, and deployment patterns across the GCP ecosystem
Support the Sales Cycle: Assist in RFP/RFI responses, crafting solution narratives, and participating in client presentations
Build trust with technical and business stakeholders, managing queries and expectations throughout the sales journey
Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs, shared success criteria, and alignment on client outcomes
Stay current with GCP advancements, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Represent Egen in client forums, webinars, and solution showcases
Contribute to internal solution accelerators, prototypes, and reference architectures for repeatable success
