Wisp is dedicated to empowering patients with control over their healthcare, offering convenient and discreet online sexual and reproductive care. As part of the WELL Health family, we are a rapidly growing, fully-remote US-based team seeking passionate individuals committed to our mission.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer with Product Management experience to create intuitive and accessible healthcare experiences. This hybrid role involves leading the UX process, supporting other product managers, and taking ownership of initiatives as both a product manager and UX designer. The ideal candidate possesses strong design thinking, business acumen, and a data-driven approach to solving complex healthcare challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Own the UX Process: Create and maintain design documentation, design systems, user flows, and interaction patterns in Figma.
  • Drive Organizational Understanding: Identify customer pain points and opportunities through data and discovery.
  • Lead UX Research: Manage the end-to-end UX process from discovery to delivery, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, propose solutions, validate designs, and negotiate scope.
  • Prioritize and Drive Work: Sequence and prioritize work based on feasibility, impact analysis, and strategic goals, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver High-Quality Implementations: Coordinate key initiatives, navigate roadblocks, lead UX reviews, and ensure designs are implemented to a high standard, keeping the team informed of progress.

This Role Could Be A Good Fit For You If...

  • You have 6+ years of combined UX and Product Management experience in fast-paced, agile environments (telehealth, e-commerce, or regulated industries are a plus).
  • You are comfortable working independently and have experience owning projects end-to-end or in collaboration with another Product Manager.
  • You possess proven skills in balancing design and product thinking: prioritizing features based on business value, delivering iteratively, and avoiding over-polishing.
  • You have strong instincts for using data to guide decisions, even with limited or ambiguous datasets.
  • You are skilled in Figma and familiar with prototyping and testing tools.
  • You excel at communicating design decisions and presenting work to diverse stakeholders.
  • You are passionate about designing accessible, inclusive, and user-friendly digital experiences.
  • You bring a strategic mindset and the ability to develop user-centered perspectives that balance business goals, data insights, and user experience.
