Requirements

Candidates should possess 6+ years of combined UX and Product Management experience in fast-paced, agile environments, with a bonus for experience in telehealth, e-commerce, or regulated industries. They should be comfortable working independently and have experience owning projects entirely or in collaboration with another Product Manager. Strong skills in balancing design and product thinking, prioritizing features based on business value, delivering iteratively, avoiding over-polishing, and having a bias toward iterative delivery over perfectionism are required. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and working with limited datasets is also necessary. Proficiency in Figma and experience with prototyping and testing tools are essential, along with skills in communicating design decisions and presenting work to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Senior PM/UX Designer will own the UX process for Wisp, including creating and maintaining design documentation, design systems, user flows, and interaction patterns in Figma. They will drive organizational understanding of customer pain points and opportunities through data and discovery, leading user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. This role involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, propose solutions, validate design decisions, and negotiate scope. The designer will sequence and drive priority work based on feasibility, impact analysis, and strategic goals, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams. They will coordinate key initiatives across various functions at Wisp, navigating roadblocks, leading UX reviews, and ensuring high-quality implementation of designs.
