Responsibilities

  • Establishes performance benchmarks, conducts capacity planning, and collaborates with teams to optimize infrastructure performance
  • Contributes to troubleshooting procedures, measures to minimize downtime, and documentation; partners with vendor support
  • Leads platform & system technical support activities, handling escalated and complex issues
  • Performs advanced system tuning and optimization using IT Service Management practices; collaborates to enhance support processes
  • Participates in platform & system backup planning; leads design of disaster/system recovery and testing
  • Analyzes performance/utilization data, identifies trends, provides optimization recommendations, prepares reports, and implements corrective actions
  • Leads design and configuration of complex platforms & systems per best practices and standards; ensures ongoing compliance
  • Builds and deploys highly available and scalable infrastructure solutions
  • Leads creation/maintenance of knowledge base, including troubleshooting guides and documentation; promotes knowledge sharing, training, and mentoring
  • Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise-grade systems across Windows Server and Linux platforms, ensuring high availability and security in OT environments
