They should possess thought leadership, best practices, and expert guidance on the ServiceNow platform, engaging with senior stakeholders to align business objectives with technology solutions. Experience in establishing strong governance frameworks, reducing technical debt, and enabling scalable solutions is essential. A proven ability to build strong relationships with customer technical and business leaders, collaborate effectively with GTM and Delivery teams, and maintain a network within ServiceNow and externally is required. Candidates should also have experience guiding engagement teams, working with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architect, and development teams, and supporting sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements. Maintaining skills and certifications on specific ServiceNow workflows is also necessary.
The Senior Platform Architect will act as an expert across assigned contracts, providing architectural guidance, technical governance, and best practices for ServiceNow's larger accounts. They will build relationships with customer leaders to align ServiceNow solutions with business strategy, bridge the gap between sales, solutioning, and execution, and help customers establish a technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform. Responsibilities include ensuring customers use leading practices for instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health. The architect will guide internal and external teams to provide successful customer solutions, translate goals and outcomes into customer roadmaps, and develop architectural blueprints to achieve complex goals. They will engage with customer Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, manage technical governance and delivery operating models, and reduce technical debt to align with ServiceNow leading practices. Additionally, they will contribute expertise on the ServiceNow platform and support sales efforts.
