Requirements

The Senior People Relations Partner must have experience providing consultation to HR Business Partners, leaders, and managers to resolve team member conflict, facilitate disciplinary actions, and process terminations. This role requires conducting team member-related investigations to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures. The position also necessitates managing resolutions to completion in partnership with management and HR Business Partners, serving as a compliance specialist between Legal and HR Business Partners, and accurately and timely processing terminations for all worker types to minimize company liability and ensure respectful offboarding.

Responsibilities

Provide consistent, tactical team member relations consultation to managers and team members to resolve team member issues and advise on team member conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and/or termination in adherence with all local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. Own and manage all terminations for all worker types, including the handoff of disciplinary and performance issues from HR Business Partners and managers for involuntary terminations and voluntary resignations. Be responsible for the offboarding process, including initiating workflows and form triggers to fully process all termination types for all worker types. Serve as the involuntary termination expert, understanding compliance in all countries and for all worker types to ensure successful and accurate processing of terminations, including team member negotiations, notifications, and documentation. Conduct HR-related investigations to ensure that team member issues are resolved in adherence with applicable laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
