Requirements

8-10 years experience in HR with at least 3-5 years as a People Business Partner, with at least 3 years working in a high-growth tech company
Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR, including employment law & compliance requirements
Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues, including making recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues
Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured environment
Team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Strong ethics, demonstrated discretion, and sound judgment while working with sensitive and confidential information
Proactive attitude with a desire to continuously learn and grow while helping others do the same
Strong communicator with the ability to drive organizational change through partnership with People & leadership teams
