Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration, payroll operations, or compensation processing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Global and U.S. payroll experience preferred
  • Experience with payroll systems (ADP Streamline / Celergo / Payforce / iHCMII, Workday, SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, tax codes, and statutory requirements
  • FPC, CPP or other Global certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Audit and reconcile payroll data for accuracy and compliance
  • Administer base and non-base pay components (overtime, bonuses, commissions)
  • Calculate gross-to-net pay and manage statutory deductions
  • Resolve complex payroll and compensation inquiries
  • Test and implement payroll system enhancements (ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle)
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure timely delivery of payments
  • Collaborate on special projects and process improvements
