Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Partnership Strategy: Design and operationalize Vitable’s partner acquisition playbook for home health franchises, payroll/PEO providers, and marketplace collaborations, and develop other channels as you see opportunity
  • Source & Close New Partners: Identify, qualify, and secure high-value partnership agreements that align with Vitable’s target markets and growth objectives
  • Build Foundational Systems: Establish scalable processes, templates, and metrics to track performance, forecast revenue impact, and ensure partner success
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to hand off warm opportunities, support co-marketing efforts, and maintain alignment on targets
  • Negotiate & Manage Deals: Communicate value effectively, negotiate win-win agreements, and ensure seamless execution from initial outreach through signed contracts
  • Optimize & Grow: Continuously analyze results, refine tactics, and scale the partnership program for sustained performance and measurable impact
