Responsibilities

Be the go-to person for ensuring a positive, seamless workplace experience by anticipating employee needs, managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and keeping the space functional and on-brand
Serve as cultural liaison by coordinating events, team-building activities, and social gatherings that bring vibrancy to the office atmosphere
Contribute to an inclusive environment by supporting ERGs, celebrating cultures, and ensuring equitable practices
Direct vendor relationships, oversee office financial allocations, and implement innovative technologies to improve operational processes and sustain smooth operations
Collaborate with the regional Workplace Experience Services team to roll out strategies and share best practices across offices
Resolve workplace issues and handle office emergencies quickly and effectively to minimize disruption
Leverage technology and AI tools to improve communication, space management, and employee engagement
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class onboarding experience, maintain a safe and secure workplace, and support office planning and enhancements
