Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment in the Chip industry
  • Seasoned capacity planner
  • Knowledge and experience in Semiconductor industry (Fabless company – Advantage)
  • Excellent analytical skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Performs well in an intensive and dynamic environment
  • Experience working with multicultural supply chain (Advantage)
  • Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
  • Knowledge of semiconductor equipment and production processes
  • Team player with good interpersonal relations
  • Goals oriented – meet goals and due dates

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage/analyze Chip capacity
  • Build Capex investment plans and present to high management
  • Planning cycle execution
  • Data analysis metrics to identify focus areas
  • Tracking test time and equipment status to have most updated assumption reflected in planning models
  • Sensitivity analysis / multi year plans
  • NPI / R&D capacity mapping and roadmap
