Requirements

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years’ experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment in the Chip industry
Seasoned capacity planner
Knowledge and experience in Semiconductor industry (Fabless company – Advantage)
Excellent analytical skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Performs well in an intensive and dynamic environment
Experience working with multicultural supply chain (Advantage)
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
Knowledge of semiconductor equipment and production processes
Team player with good interpersonal relations
Goals oriented – meet goals and due dates

Responsibilities

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage/analyze Chip capacity
Build Capex investment plans and present to high management
Planning cycle execution
Data analysis metrics to identify focus areas
Tracking test time and equipment status to have most updated assumption reflected in planning models
Sensitivity analysis / multi year plans
NPI / R&D capacity mapping and roadmap
