Candidates should possess 4–6 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns, along with experience leading and developing team members in a remote setting. A strong interest in eCommerce and DTC marketing is required, alongside an analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills, and excellent written English and strong copywriting skills for ad creatives. Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management software and experience integrating AI tools into workflow or decision-making is considered a nice to have, as is past experience with both ecommerce and lead generation clients.
The Senior Meta Ads Media Buyer will manage and optimize paid social ad accounts (primarily Meta) for 5–7 brands, lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level media buyers, oversee weekly and monthly reporting, performance analysis, and insights, collaborate on account strategies with internal teams and senior leadership, and ensure executional excellence and data-informed decision-making across accounts.
