Requirements

Established scientific and clinical knowledge lead on current and future J&J Innovative Medicine products in Immunology therapeutic area
Ability to stay abreast of current scientific and treatment landscape trends in therapeutic areas of interest
Competency and experience in the disease state as an MSL
Foundational competencies in Influence & Results Focused, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Product & Therapeutic Area Knowledge, and Data Insights & Dissemination
Skills in agility, Change Management, Time Management, and Innovation
Ability to function with high integrity and follow credo values
Willingness to travel 80%, primarily throughout assigned geography (Alabama/Panhandle: Birmingham, AL; Jacksonville, FL), with infrequent travel outside

Responsibilities

Provide fair balanced, objective, scientific information and education to opinion leaders (OLs), health care professionals, and internal partners as required by scientific and business needs
Provide research support for company and investigator-initiated research
Build external relationships with identified OLs and health care providers (MD, PA, NP, RN, Pharm.D., biocoordinators) through virtual and in-person engagements, prioritizing in-person when appropriate
Develop and manage a geographical territory, including developing and maintaining a territory strategic plan with educational activities for OLs, HCPs, institutions, and community practices
Rapidly identify and compliantly collaborate with field-based partners to support Healthcare Providers and positively impact patients
Conduct all activities in accordance with current regulatory and health care compliance guidelines
