Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer working on CAD platforms with board design team
  • Project Management skills
  • Experience with Optical-electrical interfaces
  • Experience with Digital circuits, Power and High-speed design

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for mechanical electrical specification, Mechanical Optical connectors and interfaces, schematic design, OrCAD tools, Socket and thermal design solutions, components selection and layout considerations
  • Extensive lab bring-up and debugging, thermal and mechanical constrain for the testing platform efficiently implemented in the Production floor, robustness sockets solution considering high speed constrains
  • Work with multiple R&D and Production groups: Optical interfaces, Board design, System level testing team, Signal Integrity, Layout, Firmware and Testing
  • Work with the most advantage ATE product in the market - UF and UF Plus Tester & Prober - cutting edge sockets and thermal solutions for high PWR devices
  • HTOL - High-temperature operating life - leading HW platform of reliability tests
  • Work with optical interfaces systems on production ATE equipment, new design concept for future products
