Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (master’s degree is a plus)
3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery (experience in IT product design highly desirable)
Proficient in PTC Creo software with the ability to create and modify complex 3D models and 2D drawings
In-depth understanding of mechanical principles, including mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science
Experience with mechanical manufacturing processes, such as machining, casting, and welding
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues from different disciplines and willingness to share knowledge and support team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of approaching complex mechanical problems with a systematic and innovative mindset
Ways to stand out
Fluent oral English (Mandarin is a plus)
Self-active, aggressive, and think critically
Good at PTC Creo, strong mechanical knowledge

Responsibilities

Design new mechanical components, products, and systems using PTC Creo software to create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for product development
Develop prototypes of mechanical designs and conduct tests to evaluate performance, making improvements based on test results
Identify and troubleshoot issues in products, including diagnosing problems in production line and implementing solutions to minimize downtime
Analyze processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
Manage projects from conception to completion, including setting timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as electrical engineers, production teams, and quality control to ensure project success
Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to management and project team
