Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Self-starter with a strong drive for results and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling an eCommerce business
  • Hands-on experience with multiple eCommerce platforms (e.g., Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, Target, eBay, etc.)
  • Outstanding analytical and data management skills
  • Independent, highly motivated, and success driven approach to all activities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-type environment
  • Experience with omni-channel selling
  • Masters (or equivalent work experience) in related field
  • Demonstrated success in managing an e-commerce business
  • Experience running e-commerce on various platforms

Responsibilities

  • Own and nurture relationships with key marketplace partners
  • Develop and implement collaborative joint business plans to drive mutual growth
  • Serve as the marketplace expert with a deep knowledge of platform capabilities and business levers
  • Lead all weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with marketplace partners
  • Identify strategic opportunities and operational improvements to enhance performance
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making and recommend scalable solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., onboarding, operations, advertising) to execute initiatives and deliver results
  • Support all aspects of Pattern brand partner go-to-market strategies across various selling platforms (primarily Walmart.com)
