Requirements

  • 10+ overall years of experience in a similar role within a complex multinational corporate environment (experience within a dynamic and fast-paced technology organization strongly preferred)
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in developing and building employee engagement, including mentoring and coaching employees
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in facilities services management, vendor management, and contract negotiation within a global organization
  • Strong customer service, presentation skills, and excellent written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm about employee experience, strong collaboration skills, and ability to excel in a multi-functional environment
  • Broad experience across facilities services, operations, and planning
  • Proven history of successfully implementing programs on a global scale

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global workplace experience strategy that aligns with NVIDIA’s mission, values, and growth
  • Lead the strategy and operations for HQ amenity building, Event Spaces, Gym, and Internal Wellness Center, ensuring efficient utilization and outstanding service delivery; create and implement enrichment programs across the portfolio
  • Partner with HR, Site Leaders, and key team members to develop and improve the Global Site Leader Program; collaborate with Site Leadership to strengthen employee engagement, cultivate NVIDIA’s culture, and improve communications
  • Build innovative events and programs that promote collaboration, well-being, and efficiency while embodying company culture and values
  • Supervise on-site social events and employee communications in line with NVIDIA’s values
  • Negotiate and manage multi-million dollar vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness, operational metrics, and service excellence
  • Manage, mentor, and scale a diverse team of workplace experience professionals and service coordinators across global locations
  • Partner closely with HR, Security, Procurement, and Communication teams to ensure seamless integration of workplace amenities, events, and services
  • Set and maintain service level agreements, important metrics, substantial budgets, conduct ROI analysis on experience investments, and ensure efficient delivery of all services
  • Stay up-to-date with workplace experience trends, new technologies, and industry guidelines to continuously improve offerings
  • Oversee events, amenities, and services while guiding global colleagues to improve the workplace experience; lead special projects
