Responsibilities

  • Lead warehouse teams with clear direction, coaching, and development to build high-performing operations
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse functions including inventory management, cleanliness, safety, and on-time delivery
  • Support additional sites and key company initiatives, contributing to strategic planning and execution
  • Continuously evaluate and refine processes to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost control through Lean practices
  • Monitor and improve KPIs, ensuring rapid response and action planning when issues arise
  • Partner closely with Finance, IT, Operations, Procurement, and vendor partners to support business needs
  • Provide accurate reporting aligned with MGM Resorts Services and property accounting standards
  • Manage inventory performance including usage, deadstock, par levels, and margin management
  • Contribute to budget planning, forecasting, and long-term growth strategies
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment
  • Lead change initiatives and implement new systems or processes with minimal disruption to operations
