  • 3+ years experience delivering large and complex programs, owning the business or technical vision, collaborating with large cross-functional teams, securing commitments on deliverables, and unblocking teams to land business impact (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services and architecture - preferably using AWS (Preferred)
  • 3+ years experience building highly scalable products and platforms in a SaaS organization (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience with agile delivery and planning, and helping teams organize (Preferred)
  • Experience applying Generative AI to solve business problems and drive efficiency (Preferred)
  • Experience in building systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field (e.g., Computer Science or Software Engineering) (Preferred)
