A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field is required, with over 8 years of expertise leading Supply Chain Operations, Inventory Control, or Warehouse Logistics in manufacturing. Lean/Six Sigma training, APICS certification, and an MBA are strongly preferred, along with proven leadership skills.
Strong analytical skills, business insight, supply chain knowledge, proficiency in organizational change, outstanding communication abilities, and expertise in Six Sigma and/or LEAN methodologies are essential.
This is an on-site role at the Lebanon Site, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards in a manufacturing and office environment with a standard Monday-Friday schedule.
