Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Insights teams to identify focus Clubs using a data-driven scorecard based on KPIs
  • Diagnose business challenges (e.g., retention, attrition, awareness gaps) and develop targeted marketing plans
  • Define and track KPIs to evaluate marketing effectiveness and align with enterprise growth goals
  • Act as strategic advisor to senior leadership on local market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities
  • Lead in-depth market assessments on local consumer behavior, competitive landscapes, and opportunities
  • Leverage data to refine audience segmentation, member experiences, and acquisition/retention campaigns
  • Translate analytics into actionable insights for creative development and media planning
  • Design and oversee tailored, multi-channel marketing plans for focus Clubs' business objectives
  • Partner with Creative team to drive vision, messaging, strategic consistency, innovation, and alignment for local campaigns
  • Evaluate and prioritize marketing initiatives based on ROI, audience potential, and long-term impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Senior Director of Local Marketing, Regional VPs, Sales Directors, Club General Managers, and other leaders to shape go-to-market plans
  • Drive measurable growth, engagement, member retention, lead generation, member acquisition, and brand impact across high-priority Clubs
