Requirements

BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience)
12+ overall years of professional experience with SAP
6+ years direct people management experience
6+ years in SAP Security administration, with at least 3 years in GRC Access Control
Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering security solutions
In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC components (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM), role design, and SoD principles
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX)

Responsibilities

Lead SAP Security Strategy: Define and enforce security standards for S/4HANA, Fiori, ECC, BW, and integrated applications
Manage GRC Controls: Oversee SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM) for risk analysis, SoD conflict resolution, and elevated access monitoring
Ensure Compliance: Maintain SOX compliance and internal audit readiness with zero critical findings
Manage Sensitive Data: Protect NVIDIA sensitive data across SAP systems and ensure compliance with corporate security and privacy policies
Drive Operational Excellence: Streamline access management processes and optimize security workflows
People Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of SAP security analysts and GRC specialists, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with business process owners, compliance teams, and auditors to align security controls with organizational objectives
