Requirements

8-12 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other technologies
Experience in leading and handling a development team (5-25 members)
Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities, and standard methodologies
Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensuring consistency to coding standards and security best practices, conducting code reviews, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing performance
Superb communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations
Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to collect requirements, define solutions, and ensure delivery success
Provide code reviews and guidance for other team members
Implement best practices for software development
Stay current with Salesforce technologies and features, driving innovation and improvement
Promote innovation and collaboration
Work closely with QA, DevOps, Architecture teams, and global teams
Provide technical mentorship to employees, colleagues, and/or customers
Evaluate current business processes and systems and formulate department/unit policies and practices
Participate in both internal and external projects that are broad in scope and closely tied to the interpersonal strategy
