Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other technologies
  • Experience in leading and handling a development team (5-25 members)
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities, and standard methodologies
  • Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensuring consistency to coding standards and security best practices, conducting code reviews, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing performance
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to collect requirements, define solutions, and ensure delivery success
  • Provide code reviews and guidance for other team members
  • Implement best practices for software development
  • Stay current with Salesforce technologies and features, driving innovation and improvement
  • Promote innovation and collaboration
  • Work closely with QA, DevOps, Architecture teams, and global teams
  • Provide technical mentorship to employees, colleagues, and/or customers
  • Evaluate current business processes and systems and formulate department/unit policies and practices
  • Participate in both internal and external projects that are broad in scope and closely tied to the interpersonal strategy
