The role requires expert-level experience in taking an RF design to market, including RF trade space aspects like ACP, PAR, out-of-band emissions, pass-band ripple, and group delay; experience with agile multi-beam phased array antennas using beam hopping; and management experience or solid individual contributor experience with team-lead assignments.
This is a Full Time Hire (FTE with Benefits).
Telesat desires candidates with management experience but will equally consider solid individual contributors with some team-lead assignments in the past, providing on-the-job training to become an effective manager.
