  • Understand the needs of data scientists, machine learning engineers and/or business decision analysts
  • Have experience building or working with enterprise platforms with wide-ranging capabilities
  • A continuous learner who revels in asking “dumb questions” and can get up to speed on Technology quickly
  • Experienced working in an Agile environment and delivering incremental priorities to maximize value over time
  • Enjoy zooming out to understand the big picture and derive satisfaction from thinking strategically
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • An avid networker to best support customers and work with partner platforms (EMP & GenAI Platform) to ensure our services are aligned with their lifecycles and strategies
  • Proficiency in Capital One Product Framework: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership
  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's degree (with expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date)

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the product strategy for migrating end consumers to the new Core Banking Platform
  • Design and support validation techniques to ensure a smooth migration from legacy to modern platform
  • Work closely with business and tech partner teams to define requirements and measures of success
  • Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes
  • Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product and customer journey design
  • Maintain an analyzed backlog of work, refining the near term deliverables/epics with Tech
  • Support technology teams with escalation and resolution of impediments
  • Deploy go-to-market strategies to ensure customers can navigate onboarding tools and steps
  • Serve as the connection between customers, partners, Capital One’s mission, and your team
