Responsibilities

  • Join the Capital One Software Experience Design team supporting digital experiences and site team
  • Partner with the Director of Product in discovery and delivery of compelling, best-in-class B2B digital experience
  • Shape the website into a high-impact, performance-driven platform aligning with brand, sales, and growth objectives
  • Co-create innovative solutions to complex problems and drive product strategy
  • Contribute to a thriving team culture of high-performing designers
  • Elevate quality and maturity of design practice by overseeing tools, platforms, frameworks, design systems, and developing artifacts (vision stories, journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, prototypes)
  • Lead, mentor, and consult with others to advance design craft, mature the discipline, build culture, and enable efficient work
  • Shape product direction and outcomes, drive alignment across product, tech, and business partners, ensuring user needs are central
  • Actively manage the portfolio, pivoting, redirecting, broadening, and narrowing scope as needed
  • Engage partner expertise and perspectives from across the organization
