  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in UI/UX best practices, design thinking, and the creation of engaging user interfaces and experiences

Responsibilities

  • For your respective design area, drive the discovery, definition, development and delivery of exceptional UI/UX for our B2B2X SaaS platform measured via Usability, Customer Experience Score (CES) and other relevant metrics
  • Drive user-centric research to identify problems to solve for our target market customers and partners
  • Collaborate with respective product managers and engineering leads to discover new opportunities to deliver value via our platform
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively
  • Develop functional prototypes to demonstrate concepts and facilitate user testing
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards and contribute towards evolving our design system
  • Review product releases qualitatively and through data, pre- and post-launch, to ensure high-quality experiences
  • Present key learnings within the team and act as a positive role model
