  • 5+ years in demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, or supply chain management
  • Advanced Excel and database modeling expertise
  • Proficiency in forecasting/statistical software; experience with SAS or SQL for data extraction
  • Strong understanding of complex data relationships and modeling (helpful)
  • Ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and provide strategic insights (helpful)
  • Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines (helpful)
  • Proven experience with forecast modeling platforms, S&OP processes, and inventory management (helpful)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the forecasting subject matter expert (SME) and lead S&OP initiatives across the organization
  • Design and champion forecasting strategies that improve accuracy, efficiency, and service levels
  • Develop tools and platforms to standardize demand forecasts across carriers, incorporating key variables and parameters
  • Generate rolling 6-month demand forecasts, purchasing plans, and stocking targets using advanced forecasting systems
  • Partner with supply chain, production, and manufacturing teams to align demand with supply plans
  • Establish metrics and processes to continuously improve forecasting accuracy and effectiveness
  • Support implementation of planning, manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain software solutions
  • Drive the development and execution of Global and Executive S&OP processes, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with reporting teams to enhance KPIs for U.S. operations and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
