Responsibilities

  • Lead Performance Management Analytics across Greater China and APLA operations
  • Oversee a global team focused on developing and implementing tools to measure and enhance supply chain performance
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketplace Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, and Planning, leading activities and analytics for performance management
  • Align both top line and function-specific metrics for operations
  • Manage performance review forums, including supporting Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) by preparing insights and performance updates
  • Work with technology teams to implement analytical tools and scale/integrate analytical solutions into Nike’s supply chain ecosystem
  • Work within the Supply Chain Planning & Operations (SCPO) organization, as part of the Performance Management team supporting Global Initiatives, APLA, and China
  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional partners in Singapore, Shanghai, and North America to provide analytics that drive performance
  • Engage with stakeholders across various functions to ensure consistent adoption of metrics and tools
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment, influencing decision-making and driving accountability
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to managers and analysts, supporting their professional growth and development
