Requirements

  • University degree in Real Estate, Economic or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years’ relevant valuation and consultancy experience (experience in pre-IPO, IPO, REITs, and relevant market study/research is an advantage)
  • RICS qualification or other related professional qualification such as CREA, CREV and CPV is an advantage
  • Abundant knowledge / experience in China’s real estate market
  • Excellent writing and communication skills (Both Mandarin and English)
  • Detail-minded and independent
  • Able to work under continuous pressure, tight schedule and unpredicted volume of work
  • Willing to travel and to work long hours
  • Proficiency in Word / Excel / PowerPoint
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager or Manager

Responsibilities

  • Support HOD in developing valuation project opportunities across Eastern China
  • Project management and / or proposal preparation and management from conception to completion of deliverables and project closing
  • Enhance the market reputation of Colliers by optimizing response strategies, elevating the quality of report deliverables
  • Lead the team to deliver high value-added valuation services to clients, achieve business objectives and maximize the profitability of the team
  • Participate in valuation and surveying projects and prepare necessary reports with absolute high accuracy
  • Conduct site visits in all China provinces and collect data for preparation of valuation and advisory projects
  • Ensure compliance of ISO standards
  • Retain existing clients and maintain good client relationships
