Requirements

Ability to develop and lead EHR enablement strategy aligning with clinical quality, financial performance, and operational scalability goals
Experience translating business needs into executable plans balancing speed, precision, and long-term sustainability
Capability to act as primary connector between clinicians, product, engineering, and operations for alignment, adoption, and impact
Expertise in end-to-end design, testing, and rollout of optimized clinical operations workflows
Proficiency partnering with Product, Engineering, Informatics, and Learning & Development for usability, adoption, and sustainability
Skill in defining requirements and success metrics for EHR transformation
Ability to synthesize operational, clinical, and financial data to identify opportunities for throughput, documentation quality, and provider efficiency
Experience developing dashboards and performance frameworks for transparency and proactive decision-making
Capacity to translate insights into strategic recommendations driving measurable business and clinical outcomes
Expertise partnering with Quality, Clinical, and Operations to reimagine workflows optimizing patient quality and financial metrics
Knowledge of introducing automation and scalable solutions improving accuracy, efficiency, and clinician satisfaction
Experience leading change management for adoption, engagement, and cultural impact
High degree of autonomy in owning outcomes and guiding cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Set strategy and drive execution of EHR enablement aligning with Clinical Operations goals
Translate business needs into executable plans
Connect clinicians, product, engineering, and operations for alignment and impact
Own end-to-end design, testing, and rollout of optimized Clinical Operations workflows
Partner with Product, Engineering, Informatics, and Learning & Development on workflows
Define requirements and success metrics for EHR transformation
Synthesize data to identify opportunities improving throughput, documentation, and efficiency
Develop dashboards and performance frameworks for decision-making
Translate insights into strategic recommendations for outcomes
Partner to reimagine in-visit and post-visit workflows for quality and financial metrics

Architect Visit Optimization initiatives for operational excellence in clinical experiences
