Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Create narratives and drive integrated communications programs inclusive of earned and owned media, social media, and speaking opportunities for senior executives
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping them communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact
  • Build and manage a long-term executive visibility roadmap across key moments, platforms, and audiences
  • Create and amplify thought leadership campaigns that position Visa leaders as industry voices on payments, commerce, and innovation
  • Develop compelling speeches, blogs, articles, and creative social media content that reflect Visa’s voice and industry thought leadership
  • Provide communications support to key leadership members for speaking engagements, media engagements, social media, and internal communications
  • Collaborate closely with multiple Comms teams to ensure narrative messaging is aligned and integrated across the business
  • Use GenAI and other tools to produce timely, authentic content tailored to executive tone and audience
  • Track engagement and effectiveness of executive communications efforts
  • Serve as key partner and strategic advisor to North America executives, formulating and executing thematic, consistent, and impactful communications programs that drive tangible business results and expand Visa’s thought leadership profile
  • Be embedded in NA business to tailor appropriate internal and external communications narratives and programs
  • Partner closely with NA/global/corporate colleagues to drive external and internal communications, ensure message alignment and consistency, and generate new content ideas
