Coordinate internal resources and drive projects through the greenlight process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Lead all aspects of live-action production, collaborating with the business affairs team for necessary rights clearance and contracts
Deliver high-quality content, on time and on budget, through close oversight of the local production pipeline
Engage and manage relationships with external production partners, vendors, and talent
Lead and negotiate complex content, licensing, and talent deals that create innovative commercial and creative opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and marketing teams to maximize content value and mitigate business risks
Inspire an internal team of creative producers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
