Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, Internal Communications, you will be responsible for shaping, leading, and executing the global internal communications strategy of Kong, crafting and executing communication strategies to align with company values and goals, partnering with senior leadership on key messages, developing initiatives to drive employee engagement and reinforce company culture, leading communication efforts during company changes or crises, overseeing the creation of high-quality content for internal channels, managing and optimizing internal communication channels, defining key metrics for measuring communication effectiveness, analyzing communication efforts, and collaborating with the People teams to align internal communications with employee experience and organizational development efforts.
