Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in market access, pricing, or health economics with strong early pipeline and/or pre-launch experience
  • Proven experience across multiple developed markets (ideally two or more of: U.S., Germany, Japan, U.K.)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated agility, problem-solving ability, and a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to translate complex clinical data into impactful access messaging
  • Preferred background in infectious disease, specialty therapeutics, or rare disease; experience in medical technology, diagnostics, vaccines, or STIs a plus
  • Proven ability to work across cultures and geographies in a matrixed environment

Responsibilities

  • Leads the global market access strategy for a suite of early-stage and pipeline assets within infectious diseases
  • Conducts HTA early scientific advice, market research, and external expert exchanges to understand access evidence requirements and key value drivers to inform clinical, HEOR, medical, and market access strategies
  • Develops and executes access strategies to support reimbursement, coverage, and launch readiness across multiple developed markets
  • Shapes global value communications, such as value propositions, that align with value drivers across payors and policymakers
  • Performs evidence gap analyses and develops mitigation plans for priority markets
  • Chairs Value & Access Teams and is the market access lead on the Go To Market teams, collaborating closely with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Insights and Regulatory
  • Presents strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influence key business and launch decisions
