Requirements

  • Experience overseeing supply chain management, including inventory management, end-to-end product flow, and planning of promotional and regular replenishment
  • Ability to manage a team of fulfillment managers, including recruiting, developing, supervising, and establishing performance expectations
  • Proficiency in building and validating forecasts, monitoring store forecasts, and utilizing various software tools for inventory strategies
  • Strong leadership skills to demonstrate respect for individuals, build high-performing teams, foster a culture of belonging, provide feedback, coaching, mentoring, and recognize contributions
  • Capability to build strong relationships, collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, suppliers, carriers, logistics, and transportation teams

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of supply chain management to ensure optimal on-shelf availability, fill rate, and financial planning
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategic business objectives and drive replenishment strategies
  • Plan and execute the flow of domestic and imported goods, manage supplier, carrier, and network interactions for targeted fill rates and on-time delivery
  • Lead planning and flow execution for promotions and events, provide recommendations on clearing residual stock, and build inventory action plans
  • Provide root cause analyses on availability gaps and recommend corrective actions
  • Partner with logistics and transportation teams to support integrated planning and flow execution for stores and e-commerce
  • Direct development of complex inventory strategies within categories
  • Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects, allocate resources effectively, meet performance standards, and promote adaptability and continuous learning
  • Validate and authorize order placements, coordinate demand plans with suppliers, and address non-routine issues
  • Foster a team-based work environment, promote company policies, ensure compliance, and uphold ethics and integrity
  • Evaluate current plans and initiatives for effectiveness, consult with stakeholders, and participate in community outreach events
