Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Aetna segment Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Business Reviews including coordinating with segment leadership to set agendas for meeting content / overall alignment with strategic priorities, collection and consolidation of meeting materials, taking detailed meeting notes, and tracking and following through on meeting follow-ups
  • Ownership of Aetna’s materials for various enterprise deliverables including coordinating financial materials, ownership of operational updates, and development of other ad-hoc analysis/slides, as needed
  • Support the Aetna segment quarterly earnings call preparation management process (materials, analysis, messaging, etc.) including direct coordination with Aetna President, Aetna CFO, and Investor Relations, requesting and coordinating all necessary supporting materials with business leads, developing earnings call messaging for Aetna content and ensuring alignment on that messaging across all teams/deliverables, and leading the development of the team’s quarterly earnings support deck, including the creation of financial exhibits
  • Provide competitor and industry insights to Aetna leadership including listening to competitor calls and presentations and distributing relevant commentary, key highlights and materials to Aetna’s executive and senior leadership, and tracking key financial metrics for competitors on a quarterly basis
  • Other ad-hoc requests including, but not limited to, supporting senior leader presentations, development of financial materials and organizing key quarterly activities
