Responsibilities

  • Serve as Project Manager for Engineering Standards implementation at 2 plants and enhancements across more than 30 Prepared Foods plants, ensuring projects stay on schedule and deliverables are met
  • Lead teams as the main point of contact during implementation periods
  • Enhance alignment of line and labor hour confirmations
  • Collaborate with HR to more consistently report Direct and Indirect Headcount
  • Collaborate with various teams to implement new formulation system for better Bill of Material alignment
  • Collaborate with Engineering Standards Team to create a governance model for modifications
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Finance and Operations teams to implement key operational initiatives across plants
  • Collaborate strongly with Supply Chain Operations Directors, Controllers, and Internal Operations Reporting and Analysis Team
  • Enhance Supply Chain Finance communication and partnership with individual business units to enable a “One Team” approach in implementation of Engineering Standards and enhancements
  • Drive key operational improvement initiatives across plants
  • Be an advocate for Business Teams on needs from Supply Chain to deliver near-term and long-term financial commitments
  • Develop, monitor, and communicate performance across key metrics
  • Build collaborative working relationships with Headquarters and Plant Teams to drive productivity and operational improvements
  • Partner across Finance to reduce time spent on non-value added work and increase time on insightful, impactful activities
  • Develop winning strategies to achieve long-term growth commitments
