Responsibilities

Serve as Project Manager for Engineering Standards implementation at 2 plants and enhancements across more than 30 Prepared Foods plants, ensuring projects stay on schedule and deliverables are met
Lead teams as the main point of contact during implementation periods
Enhance alignment of line and labor hour confirmations
Collaborate with HR to more consistently report Direct and Indirect Headcount
Collaborate with various teams to implement new formulation system for better Bill of Material alignment
Collaborate with Engineering Standards Team to create a governance model for modifications
Collaborate with Supply Chain Finance and Operations teams to implement key operational initiatives across plants
Collaborate strongly with Supply Chain Operations Directors, Controllers, and Internal Operations Reporting and Analysis Team
Enhance Supply Chain Finance communication and partnership with individual business units to enable a “One Team” approach in implementation of Engineering Standards and enhancements
Drive key operational improvement initiatives across plants
Be an advocate for Business Teams on needs from Supply Chain to deliver near-term and long-term financial commitments
Develop, monitor, and communicate performance across key metrics
Build collaborative working relationships with Headquarters and Plant Teams to drive productivity and operational improvements
Partner across Finance to reduce time spent on non-value added work and increase time on insightful, impactful activities
Develop winning strategies to achieve long-term growth commitments
