Responsibilities

Supervise high-value data analytics projects
Lead the development of a data science team focused on both presales analytics and managed services projects
Effectively partner with internal and external teams to translate client requirements into analytics to solve client needs, leveraging Komodo data and products
Acquire a thorough understanding of the Komodo Healthcare Map and how to apply it to answer critical healthcare questions
Develop an understanding of patient-level data and proficiency in key offering areas, including patient journey, line of therapy, HCP segmentation, and market landscape assessments
Identify and implement ways to scale solutions, automate code, and centralize complex logic for repeatability
Advocate for effective and consistent data science practices within the team with cross-functional stakeholders
Present analytical results and insights to internal and external partners, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
Contribute to the growth and development of the team through the onboarding and training of new members
