Expertise in real estate debt and capital advisory, including financing (debt and equity) and financial structuring
Experience in due diligence, valuation, M&A, and financing advisory for real estate and hospitality sectors
Ability to handle missions in France or internationally across various asset typologies
Senior Manager/Directeur level proficiency in financial diagnostics, business plan preparation, financial modeling, and defining optimal financing structures (senior/junior/mezzanine/convertibles/equity)
Strong commercial development skills for client targeting, prospecting, client presentations, benchmarks, responding to calls for tenders, and identifying market opportunities
Responsibilities
Développement commercial: Realize client targeting and prospecting actions; conduct client presentations and benchmarks; respond to calls for tenders and propose new market opportunities; participate in client meetings and commercial events
Exécution de mandats: Participate in originating financing and fundraising mandates for mortgage or corporate financings/refinancings in France or internationally; conduct financial diagnostics and define financing strategies (prepare/review business plans, financial modeling, optimal structure definition); prepare information memorandums for preselected financial actors; establish syntheses of indicative term sheets and recommendations; contribute to negotiations of firm offers; assist in negotiations with banks, investment funds, or alternative lenders from origination to closing; ensure follow-up of the execution process
