Candidates should possess at least 3 years of sales experience in a closing role, with a preference for experience selling financial products. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and attention to detail are essential, along with technical aptitude for mastering CRM systems like Salesforce, which is a plus.
The Account Executive will engage with homeowners interested in a Hometap investment, educating them on the product and connecting with empathy to understand their circumstances, guide homeowners through the investment process, serving as a single point-of-contact and providing updates, collaborate with internal team members to ensure an efficient process, provide ongoing communication to homeowners via various channels, develop a deep understanding of the Hometap product, utilize Salesforce to document sales activities, learn and utilize Hometap’s Hub, meet and exceed sales goals, stay informed about the competitive landscape, and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to provide an excellent experience for homeowners.
Provides cash for home equity access
Hometap provides homeowners with a way to access their home equity without selling their property or incurring additional debt. The company offers a lump sum of cash in exchange for a share of the future value of the home, allowing homeowners to unlock up to $600,000 of their equity without monthly payments or interest.
