Responsibilities
- Lead an enterprise content team, setting the vision and strategic direction for enterprise digital marketing content strategy and operations
- Define and implement the enterprise cross-platform content strategy, ensuring content is always fresh, accurately curated for developing technology, and optimized based on customer behavior and analytics
- Lead content framework development and implementation, ensuring content quality, consistency and performance
- Partner with Business Units, the Global Brand Team, and Platform teams to align content initiatives with enterprise priorities and platform needs and capabilities
- Lead and develop a team of strategists, consultants, and program professionals
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Support business units with training, enablement, and best-practice adoption
- Act as a key voice in digital initiatives, campaign planning, content technology needs, and experience design
- Establish content KPIs and success metrics in partnership with analytics teams
- Use insights to improve content performance, engagement, and customer outcomes
- Provide thought leadership on emerging digital content trends, tools and methodologies such as AIO/GEO Content Strategy
